Do not reproduce any unusual typographic characteristics, such as special capitalization or lower casing of all letters. Examples: On title page=On Works Cited

The rules for capitalizing titles are strict. In a title or a subtitle, capitalize the first word, the last word, and all principal words. Therefore, capitalize the following parts of speech:
Nouns (The Flowers of Europe)
Pronouns (Save Our Children)
Verbs (America Watches Television)
Adjectives (The Ugly Duckling)
Adverbs (Slightly Corrupt)
Subordinating Conjunctions (One If by Land)
Do not capitalize the following parts of speech when they fall in the middle of a title:
Articles (a, an, the: Under the Bamboo Tree)
Prepositions (The Merchant of Venice)
Coordinating Conjunctions (Romeo and Juliet)
Underlining vs. Quotation Marks Underlined Titles (italics)
